This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use panel.social and its services (the “Service”), why we collect it, who we share it with and what rights you have. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

• create and manage your account and deliver your orders;
• process deposits, issue invoices and keep accounting records required by law;
• prevent fraud, chargeback abuse, money laundering and sanctions breaches, including checks required by our payment providers;
• handle support requests;
• secure the Service and fix technical problems;
• send service messages, such as order updates, invoices and changes to our terms.

We send marketing emails only if you have agreed to receive them, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We do not sell your personal data.

We share personal data only with parties that help us run the Service, and only as much as they need:

• Payment providers, such as PayPal, cryptocurrency payment processors and banks, to process deposits and meet their fraud and anti-money-laundering checks;
• Hosting and infrastructure providers that store and run the Service;
• Support and email providers, such as our help-desk platform and email delivery services;
• Professional advisers, such as our accountants and auditors, for legal and tax obligations;
• Authorities, when required by law, court order or a valid request from a regulator.

Some of these providers operate in other countries. Where data is transferred abroad, we use providers that apply appropriate safeguards to protect it.

We keep account and order data while your account is active. After closure, we keep invoices, payment records and verification data for as long as tax, accounting and anti-money-laundering laws require, and delete or anonymize the rest.

We protect personal data with access controls, encrypted passwords and secure connections (HTTPS). No system is completely secure, so please use a strong password and keep it private.

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and to secure your session. The Service does not work without them. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, to receive a copy of it, or to stop certain uses of it. Contact us using the details in section 10. We will reply within 30 days. Some data, such as invoices and payment records, must be kept for legal reasons even after a deletion request.

The Service is for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version takes effect when published on this page, with a new “Last updated” date. If a change significantly affects how we use your data, we will notify you by email.
