Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 21 October 2026

1. About these Terms

1.1. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website panel.social and the services offered through it (together, the “Service”).

1.2. The Service is operated by Orzilia Ltd, a private company registered in Israel under company number 515020774, with its registered office at 124 HaMamshekhim, Kfar Warburg, 7099800, Israel (“Company”, “we”, “us”).

1.3. By registering an account, adding funds or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

1.4. We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version takes effect when published on this page, and the “Last updated” date will change. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the updated Terms. Orders placed before an update are governed by the Terms in force when they were placed.

2. The Service

2.1. Panel.Social provides social media promotion services, including views, live stream views and shares for YouTube content and similar platforms (“Services”). The current list of Services, with prices, delivery estimates and any refill terms, is shown in your account panel.

2.2. The Service is intended for marketers, agencies, resellers and content creators using it for business or professional purposes.

2.3. Panel.Social is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by YouTube, Google or any other platform on which Services are delivered (“Third-Party Platforms”). All trademarks belong to their owners.

2.4. We may add, change, suspend or discontinue any Service, or change its price, at any time. Changes do not affect orders already accepted.

2.5. Service descriptions, start times and delivery speeds are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery depends on factors outside our control, including changes made by Third-Party Platforms.

3. Accounts and verification

3.1. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. If you register on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.

3.2. You agree to provide accurate registration details and keep them up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.

3.3. One person or business may hold one account unless we agree otherwise in writing. Accounts may not be sold or transferred.

3.4. We may ask you to verify your identity, business details or the source of your payments at any time, including to meet anti-money-laundering, sanctions and payment-provider requirements. We may suspend orders, deposits or the account until verification is completed.

3.5. The Service is not available to persons or entities that are subject to international sanctions, or that are located in countries where our payment providers or applicable law do not allow us to operate.

4. Funds and payments

4.1. The Service runs on a prepaid balance. You add funds to your account balance and orders are paid from that balance. All prices and balances are in US dollars (USD). The minimum deposit is 10 USD.

4.2. You can add funds using the methods shown in your account, which may include PayPal, bank wire transfer and cryptocurrency payments processed by third-party payment providers. Each provider’s own terms also apply to your payment. For bank wires, transfer and intermediary bank fees are paid by you, and your balance is credited with the amount actually received.

4.3. Every deposit is recorded with an invoice issued by the Company, which is sent to the account email and available in your account.

4.4. Cryptocurrency payments. Your balance is credited with the USD value confirmed by the payment provider once the payment is confirmed on the blockchain. You are responsible for sending the exact amount, in the currency and on the network shown on the payment page, before the payment window expires. Network fees are paid by you. Payments sent to the wrong address, on the wrong network, below the required amount or after expiry may be delayed or lost, and we cannot guarantee their recovery.

4.5. We may refuse or reverse a deposit that our payment providers flag as high-risk, fraudulent or connected to sanctioned or illicit activity, and may request further information before crediting it.

4.6. Funds added to your balance are for use on the Service only. They are not a deposit account, do not earn interest and are not transferable to other users.

5. Orders, refunds and chargebacks

5.1. Placing orders. You are responsible for entering correct order details, including the link and quantity. The content must be public and remain available until the order is complete. We are not responsible for orders that fail because of incorrect links, private or deleted content, or changes you make during delivery.

5.2. Cancellation. You can cancel an order at any time using the cancel button in your account, which remains available for the guarantee period shown for each Service (this period may vary between Services). After that period, you can still request a cancellation by contacting support, and we will consider it at our discretion. Once you cancel, the order is marked as “Pending cancel” for up to 12 hours, so the platform’s view and share counters can update before the delivered amount is calculated. The refund to your account balance then depends on what was delivered: a full refund if nothing was delivered, a partial refund for the undelivered part, and no refund if the order was fully delivered.

For example, if you order 5,000 units of a Service sold in increments of 1,000, and the counter shows 2,500 delivered units when the cancellation is processed, the delivered amount is counted as 3,000 units and your balance is refunded for the remaining 2,000 units.

Repeated or serial cancellation requests may lead to suspension or closure of your account.

5.3. Refunds. If an order cannot be delivered, or is only partly delivered, the undelivered amount is refunded to your account balance. Refunds are made to the balance, not to the original payment method. Unused balance may be refunded to the original payment method only at our discretion, after deduction of payment-provider fees.

5.4. Drops and refills. Third-Party Platforms may remove delivered views or engagement at any time. Where a Service is marked as including refill, we will refill the drops or refund partially. Services without refill are delivered as-is.

5.5. Chargebacks and disputes. Please contact support before opening a payment dispute, so we can resolve the issue. If you open a chargeback or dispute without contacting us first, we may suspend your account and orders until it is resolved, and may recover the disputed amount and related fees from your balance.

6. Acceptable use

6.1. You may not use the Service to promote content that:

6.2. You may not resell access to your account, attack or overload the Service, scrape it outside the published API, or use it to launder money or evade sanctions.

6.3. Third-Party Platforms. Each platform has its own terms. You are solely responsible for deciding whether using a Service complies with those terms and for any consequences on the platform, such as removal of engagement, limits on content or suspension of channels. We are not liable for actions taken by Third-Party Platforms.

6.4. We may refuse or cancel any order, and suspend or close any account, that we reasonably believe breaches this section. Where we cancel an order for this reason, unused balance may be withheld if required by law or by a payment provider.

7. Liability and indemnity

7.1. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about results, such as rankings, revenue or audience growth, and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7.2. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data or damage to channels or accounts on Third-Party Platforms. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order the claim relates to.

7.3. You agree to indemnify the Company against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these Terms or from content you promote through the Service.

8. Suspension and termination

8.1. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time by contacting support.

8.2. We may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms, if required by law or a payment provider, or if your account has been inactive for more than 24 months. On closure without breach, we will refund any remaining balance, less payment-provider fees, at our discretion and subject to verification.

9. Privacy

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service you acknowledge that policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
